Natural Mugwort Herb Body & Foot Soak
Seven herbs including mugwort and agastache (huo xiang). About 5 g per sachet, individually foil-sealed, available as a 15-sachet bag or 7-sachet box. Steep in hot water for a Taiwanese folk cleansing wipe-down or hand soak, or place it at your entrance. Made in Taiwan.
Natural Herb Foot Soak PLUS
Herbal foot soak sachets with magnesium glycinate, in four aromas. No boiling needed. Use 2 sachets per foot soak in water at 38–42°C for 10–15 minutes.
Natural Sambong Herb Body & Foot Soak
Sambong (blumea, 大風草) and mugwort sachets, traditionally used in Taiwan for a warm-water wipe-down during the postpartum confinement month. If you have an unhealed wound or any health condition, ask your doctor or nurse first.
Mugwort in Taiwanese folk custom
In Taiwanese folk custom, mugwort (艾草) is associated with cleansing and blessing, for example after visiting a hospital or funeral, at tomb sweeping, or when moving house. Practices vary by family and region.

What is in the Mugwort Cleansing Sachets?
Seven herbs: mugwort, agastache (huo xiang), angelica dahurica, clove, perilla, lemongrass and grassleaf sweet flag. Each sachet is about 5 g and individually foil-sealed. Shelf life is 24 months if kept sealed.
How are the sachets used?
Steep a sachet in hot water, let it cool to warm, then wipe down with a towel or soak the hands. Boiling is optional. For foot soaks, use 2 sachets in water at 38–42°C for 10–15 minutes.
Are HeroHerb products medicines?
No. The herbal bath products are general goods for external use. They are not medicines or medical devices and have no therapeutic effect. HeroHerb Tea is a general food. References to cleansing or blessing describe Taiwanese folk culture, not health effects.
