Frequently asked questions

Where can I buy HeroHerb?

Order directly at heroherb.co with delivery across Taiwan, or visit one of our retail stores. For bulk orders or custom requests, please use our business enquiry page.

How do I use the Mugwort Herb Body & Foot Soak? Do I need to boil it?

No boiling needed. Steep 1 sachet in hot water for 5–10 minutes to make a basin of herbal water, let it cool to warm, then wipe your hands, feet and body. Use 2–3 sachets for a bath, or simply place a sachet at your entrance, in a wardrobe or in the car.

What is the difference between the 15-sachet bag and the 7-sachet box of the Mugwort soak?

The herbal blend is the same. The 15-sachet bag is for everyday home use; in the 7-sachet box every sachet is individually foil-sealed, in Standard, Mazu and Tiger God editions, ideal for carrying, temple souvenirs or gifts.

How is the Sambong Herb Body & Foot Soak used during postpartum confinement?

Use 1 sachet each time: steep or boil it to make herbal water, dilute until warm (not hot), then wipe down with a towel. If you have an unhealed wound or any health condition after giving birth, please ask your doctor or nurse first.

How many foot soak sachets should I use, and at what temperature?

2 sachets for a foot soak or 3 for a bath, in water at 38–42°C for 10–15 minutes. Just steep in hot water; the foldable foot bath bag makes it easier.

Are HeroHerb products medicines?

No. The mugwort, foot soak and sambong soaks are herbal bath products for external use and are general goods; HeroHerb Tea is a general food. References to cleansing or blessings describe Taiwanese folk culture, not therapeutic effects.
